Digital Consultant, Low Code & RPA (m/f/d)

WEPA.digital is an agile environment for young-minded change makers and intrapreneurs, who love to incorporate digital technology to create massive impact. One of our key objectives is to streamline and digitise human-driven processes at scale. Therefore, we exploit and combine Robotic Process Automation, AI as well as other low code technologies to solve real-world problems. We build apps. We build automations. We create experiences. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and impact.

With your passion for digital technology and hands-on mentality, you will analyse business problems and help to create innovative software solutions by utilising automation and other low code technologies.

Your Tasks

• You gather and analyze business requirements wit intenal customers
• You promote chapter services to other departments
• You design innovative technology solutions with a high degree of creative freedom
• You collaborate with consultants and developers to bring your ideas to life
• You explore new possibilities to enhance the existing technology stack
• You act as a liaison between business teams and developers
• You assist in calculating the impact of initiatives
• You scope opportunities for automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• You support building applications using low-code technologies to solve complex business challenges
• You leverage AI to create intelligent automations that enhance user interaction and efficiency
  
  

Your Profile

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience and Know-how:
• 5 years of practical experience in IT Consulting:
• Communication, Marketing, and Sales
• Service Management
• Agile Project Management (e.g., SCRUM)
• Change/Transformation Management
• RPA Technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate) Low-Code Platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) AI Technologies (e.g., Copilot)
• Microsoft 365 (M365)
• Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Personality: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, Strong entrepreneurial mindset, Passionate about digital technology, Optimistic and positive attitude
• Working: Proven track record of working in dynamic, agile environments, preferably within startups or large technology companies
