POSITION

We are looking for a Director Revenue Operations - Market Steering (all genders) to continuously improve and implement the global sales standards and methodology within HRS markets and drive sales professionalization. The Director Revenue Operations – Market Steering reports into the VP Revenue Operations.


CHALLENGE

  • Continuously enhance and enforce standardized sales processes from lead generation to deal closure and implementation, creating blueprints for local markets and driving sales professionalization across the organization.
  • Define and monitor a comprehensive framework of SaaS sales KPIs that measure performance at each stage of the sales funnel, translating into a holistic topline forecast model.
  • Experience in integrating / rolling out AI SaaS tools
  • Develop performance management programs and Incentivation structures for sales
  • Develop and implement a globally unified lead qualification methodology (MEDDPICC).
  • Analyze and benchmark sales progress, identify strategic areas for improvement, and determine necessary process adaptations or training requirements.
  • Establish global standards for sales reviews at team, market, and global levels, and lead market reviews with top management.
  • Facilitate a global platform for sharing best practices and market/competitor insights.
  • Support managing directors in markets with quantitative insights to develop local go-to-market strategies.
  • Own strategic projects and workstreams within the HRS Group from concept to realization, aiming to improve sales professionalization.
  • Lead a market steering team of four people, quickly assuming a high level of responsibility

  • Outstanding academic degree in Business Studies or a related field
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations leadership, sales methodology, and sales process development
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, quantitative, and structured approach to work
  • Enthusiastic about solving complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams and matrix organizations
  • Passionate about working in a pragmatic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (German is a plus)

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

This role is based in Cologne or can be remote from Germany, providing you are happy to travel to our HQ in Cologne every 2 weeks to work in the office for 2 days. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
