Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant (Junior, Intermediate, Senior Level)

Location: Remote (Germany-based)

Language Requirement: Fluent in German (both spoken and written)

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and skilled ServiceNow Consultants at various levels-junior, intermediate, and senior-to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients across diverse industries. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

For Junior Consultants:

• Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications under the guidance of senior team members
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Provide first-line technical support for ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades and testing
• Document processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides
  
  

For Intermediate Consultants:

• Analyze client requirements to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and others
• Lead workshops and client meetings to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions
• Manage incidents, changes, and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform
• Provide ongoing support and improvements to existing ServiceNow implementations
• Train junior consultants and clients on the use of ServiceNow solutions
  
  

For Senior Consultants:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for complex client projects
• Architect solutions, perform gap analysis, and ensure alignment with client objectives
• Oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to go-live
• Provide strategic advice to clients on best practices and roadmap development for ServiceNow
• Mentor and coach junior and intermediate team members
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform developments and provide thought leadership on innovative solutions
  
  

Qualifications:

For Junior Consultants:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT, consulting, or software development
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  
  

For Intermediate Consultants:

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting or a similar role
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions
• Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  
  

For Senior Consultants:

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with multiple end-to-end implementations
• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture and custom development
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and drive strategic conversations
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, or others)
