Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement of our support processes.
  • Provide technical first-level support to cloud customers, focusing on payroll.
  • Efficiently handle customer tickets in partnership with experienced consultants.
  • Implement customization tasks for clients.

Your Profile:

  • A blend of HR expertise, particularly in payroll, and IT proficiency.
  • Experience in SAP HCM-IT or a similar support role.
  • A positive, results-oriented personality with a commitment to continuous development.
  • A responsible, independent, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English are a must.
