We’re now looking to recruit a Technical R&D and Innovation Manager to join our brilliant Supply Chain Excellenc


e Team.
This role will be responsible for the technical development and implementation of liquid and packaging related R&D and Innovation projects, including Commercial and/or Supply Chain driven projects at our internal operations and external partner sites, in WE. The role will lead the development of an NPD Funnel in close collaboration with Commercial functions. The role will also lead an R&D research programme into new brewing materials, processes & technologies, working in close collaboration with partners across WE Supply Chain and R&D colleagues across other Global


regions.
Occasional travel to Brewery locations across Western Europe is


required.

New Product

InnovationResponsible for the technical leadership of priority NPD projects of medium to high levels of complexity. Develop and implement both Liquid and Packaging related solutions. Define project plan, success criteria and carry out effective pilot and large-scale trials, in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver targeted results aligned with optimal supply chain

NPD FunnelResponsible for leading the technical development of an NPD funnel, exploring and evaluating materials, technologies, and supply chain solutions to create prototypes which will influence the future NPD pipeline. Work in close collaboration with colleagues in the R&DI team, internal commercial stakeholders and external partners and technology providers to create inspirational and relevan

t

solutions. New Brewing

TechnologiesResponsible for leading a programme of works exploring new brewing technologies, materials and processes. Work with cross functional teams to identify, research and evaluate opportunities in line with strategic priorities and the longer-term vision for Brewery of the Future. Share opportunities with R&D stakeholders across Global regions and collaborate on opportunities where

Strategy Development and Stakehold
