Job description

Screening Quality Checker


Our client, a digital bank, are looking for Quality Checkers to join as part of a high-quality team working on a KYC Remediation project. You will be working in a results-orientated environment, where your core responsibility will be to complete quality checks on cases to ensure accurate and high-quality decision making.

  • Start Date: October and November 2024
  • Location: Remote working (laptop collection from client hub on day one)
  • Rate: £210 per day
  • Work Pattern: Standard Business Hours
  • Duration: End of December 2024 with likely extension


Your day-to-day activities will include:


  • Conduct a thorough quality check of cases in line with agreed quality framework
  • Liaise with customers and third parties as required
  • Resolve discrepancies and provide feedback and coaching to team
  • Provide a clear audit trail and ensure process map is followed


What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need


  • Previous experience in a Financial Services Quality Checking position is essential
  • Experience of in screening would be a distinct advantage
  • Able to work in a pressured environment and performing in line with KPI’s
  • Technical working knowledge of the analysis process
  • Proactive attitude to resolve cases in a timely manner
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Investigation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to identify customer and process improvement
  • Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
