Role: Marketing Manager - Public Sector

Location: Remote within the UK

Package: £35,000 - £55,000 plus 15% bonus.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Public Sector to join our team at Konica Minolta! In this role, you will drive demand generation and business growth by planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns targeted at the Public Sector Sales team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic marketing programmes, identifying target personas, and optimizing performance to meet demand and sales targets. Acting as a vital link between the Public Sector Sales team and broader UK and European marketing teams, you will ensure alignment with business goals while leveraging both digital and non-digital channels—such as inbound/outbound marketing, events, direct mail, and customer communications—to engage key audiences. Your ability to track ROI and improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights will be key, as well as managing third-party relationships and leveraging marketing development funds (MDF). This role requires a creative, results-oriented marketer who can effectively collaborate across teams, foster partnerships, and drive sales conversion through impactful marketing strategies.
