Director of Marketing Operations

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Craft the Marketing Operations strategy to enable Marketing teams and executives to make the right decisions.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and efficiently supports the team’s operations
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are tracked correctly across the entire funnel.
  • Provide Marketing teams and executives with insights regarding campaign performance across regions and segments.
  • Make recommendations and inform stakeholders on optimization opportunities across all our campaigns and processes.
  • Work with the Product and Product Marketing team on leveraging product usage data to inform customer and prospect marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, develop and manage the current MarOps team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the marketing operations budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Analyze marketing data to generate actionable insights that inform strategy and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to align marketing insights with business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on key marketing metrics to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.


What you need:

  • 6+ years of experience including:
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Direct experience in enterprise software industry and SaaS
  • Strong leadership presence.
  • Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience designing an innovative marketing technology stack.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferable).
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Experience with Google Analytics & Thoughtspot
