If you’re passionate about your craft, driven by a desire to win, and have an insatiable curiosity, this role is for you. You’ll need a creative and innovative mindset, the agility to think on your feet, and the ability to adapt to whatever comes your way. We value a growth-oriented attitude, openness to feedback, and strong communication skills. Your positive influence will help shape and sustain the culture we hold dear.

You’ll work across all teams, driving urgency and accountability for both new and ongoing initiatives. If you're excited by the challenge of leading uncharted projects and making a tangible impact, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Curiosity:

Develop a deep understanding of the MEDDICC framework and continuously explore ways to refine our project delivery processes.

Gather insights from project teams, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Lead time-sensitive projects with precision, ensuring seamless coordination among teams and quick adaptation to changing priorities.

Foster a deadline-driven culture, ensuring alignment with company strategy and driving urgency across initiatives.

Coachability:

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging open dialogue and learning from both successes and challenges.

Communication:

Ensure clear communication between project teams and stakeholders, maintaining alignment on goals and strategies.

Provide regular, transparent updates on project milestones, performance, and areas for improvement.

Own the creation and maintenance of project timelines, communicating deliverables and project status to all stakeholders.
