Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Digital Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will create engaging and innovative digital ad designs for a wide variety of clients. This position requires a mix of creativity, speed, and excellent problem-solving skills, along with a keen eye for detail.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm CST

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Remote - Colombia 🇨🇴

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design digital assets including static, video, and animated advertisements for various platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest).
  • Collaborate with our account team to ensure designs meet client objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and latest design trends to ensure designs are current and effective.
  • Perform revisions based on client feedback and data-driven performance metrics.
  • Support the adherence to 15-20 brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Your Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing agency.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative designs, particularly digital ads.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and social media ad specifications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Project management skills are a plus.
  • An understanding of, or willingness to learn, user experience (UX) design principles is a plus.
  • An understanding of, or willingness to learn AI tools to better optimize creative assets.
