Job description

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Development Coordinator who will lead and drive the administrative requirements when they sell one of their stores to a new franchise partner and assist with screening and securing new franchise partners while maintaining compliance with the franchising code of conduct.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Use internal templates and checklists to engage with all stakeholders (i.e. legal counsel, internal team, and franchise partners) to complete all admin including the execution of legal documentation within the required timeframes
  • Assist in screening and securing new franchise partners for available and upcoming sites through HubSpot CRM to manage qualified leads, make phone calls, attend initial meetings, and coordinate admin tasks while following franchising processes
  • Manage and maintain documentation organization on digital platforms (Google Drive, Monday.com, HubSpot, Franchise Lab, etc.)
  • Handle ad hoc duties to assist the franchising team

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales/coordination role or similar role
  • Experience within the hospitality sector/Australian Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of the Australian franchise sector is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and strong communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
