Job description

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hunting for leads and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for identifying, researching, and sourcing potential sales contacts that match their desired profiles, managing the internal CRM, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pending Time Zone), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Search for sales contacts with specific profiles proactively, using LinkedIn, job boards, public forums, and other resources, and add them to the internal CRM
  • Regularly monitor sales inboxes and forward relevant lead information to the appropriate team members
  • Search job boards and public forums for potential leads and track down associated contacts for follow-up
  • Support database hygiene by managing record merge requests, adding new companies, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Configure and set up marketing automation campaigns to engage with potential leads effectively
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in new initiatives and support additional processes as needed
  • Review job postings for accuracy and completion before approving for public posting
  • Prepare monthly reporting by pulling monthly usage statistics from key tools and summarizing them for leadership

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • Previous experience in a lead generation role is a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Bullhorn Automation) is preferred, other CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and supporting data management tasks
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as outreach platforms, CRM databases, or lead enrichment platforms
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and experience using it for lead generation
  • Understanding of corporate structures and titles, including how to identify key decision-makers
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
