Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and be able to provide expert support for business operations. This role involves configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions, leading small-scale development projects, and ensuring system stability and performance. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inquiries and requests related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications, offering functional solutions.
  • Configuration and Deployment: Set up and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements and ensure smooth operations.
  • Small-Scale Development: Design and implement solutions to address business challenges using the approved technology stack.
  • System Maintenance: Plan and execute system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Dynamics 365 CRM updates and apply them where beneficial to the business.
  • End-User Support: Provide training and support to business units on system functionality and new features.
  • Process Improvement: Champion the use of Dynamics 365 CRM tools to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance internal controls.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements, develop solutions, and support business transformation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
  • Proven expertise in functional design, system integration, and configuration of Dynamics CRM 365 application (Forms, Roles, Processes, Dashboards, etc.) especially for usage in the Sales processes, Contact Centers and Service Desks.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 development tools and technologies – MS Power Platform, Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Any MS Dynamics 365 certification(s) is a plus.
