Responsibilities

Role Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing cloud-native AWS software, troubleshooting problems, implementing solutions, and monitoring. You will be working for a cloud-native environment and to develop new features, support existing Client facing application. You will be working in an exciting, fast-paced, agile team.

Reporting Relationship

This position will report to Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team sprint completion target
  • Deliver working software on the committed release dates. Actively seek early delivery of business value iteratively.
  • Focus on frequent demos and collaboration with the business stakeholders.
  • Communicate challenges and roadblocks to ensure work progresses.
  • Compliance to Production support SLAs
  • Assist new & junior members on your team to address roadblocks
  • Build good understanding of owned applications, existing processes, current technology stack
  • Utilize the Knowledge in actively contributing to the decision making (Via Solutioning, Design review, Testing scenarios, etc.) of the underlying Business Capability/Process/Applications.
  • Share your independent views on (What, Why & How) for features/technology concepts
  • Contribute towards building knowledge repositories for apps/processes/tech

Should have very strong communication skill.
