We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for our ai client.


Compensation: 

Our client is offering a part-time or full-time position in order to find the best candidate. The rates for this role are outlined below: 

 

4 hours per day: R25,000 per month

8 hours per day: R50,000 per month

Position Overview:

 

Our client, a seed-funded AI startup is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation for cutting-edge AI solutions in the enterprise space.

 

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support the company’s business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling campaigns, manage content creation, and optimize digital marketing channels. This role offers a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Strategy Development:

 

  • Lead the creation and execution of B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and shape marketing initiatives to position AI products effectively in competitive markets.
  • Work with sales and product teams to develop go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature rollouts.

 

Lead Generation and Campaign Management:

  •  Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC) to generate qualified leads.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality, create nurture workflows, and develop sales enablement content.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and maximize ROI.

 

Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:

 

  • Oversee the development of high-impact content, such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and webinars, that showcase the value of the company’s AI solutions.
  • Support product marketing efforts by creating collateral that educates and engages potential customers.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives that position the company as a leader in the AI and technology sectors

Digital Marketing and Analytics:

 

  • Manage the company’s digital presence, optimizing the website for SEO and creating engaging content.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing channels, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Implement A/B testing and other techniques to improve conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

Event and Webinar Coordination:

 

  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and conference participation to showcase the company’s AI expertise.
  • Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up efforts to ensure successful outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
