Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex IAM issues by analyzing logs, performing in-depth system and application analysis.
  • Lead the resolution of IAM incidents, following defined incident management processes.
  • Analyse recurring or systemic issues and contribute to problem management initiatives for long-term solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and patches for IAM platforms and associated components.
  • Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to IAM services. Perform System testing, documentation, and communication of changes to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to optimize IAM system performance.
  • Participate in change and release management activities for IAM systems. Review and assess proposed changes, conduct impact analysis, and develop implementation plans. Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and enhancements



Requirements

  • Participate in 24x7 rotation.
  • You enjoy working in a friendly environment where you are challenged and can learn from our SailPoint Consultants
  • Hands on experience of SailPoint IdentityNow and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ, at least SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer certified or have practical experience.
  • SME knowledge of IAM and SailPoint best practices
  • Information Security and/or Identity and Access Management domain experience.
  • Highly organized, with ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • You have strong analytical skills, are customer-oriented, and can explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Excellent English
