Key responsabilities:

  • Participate in IAM tool function releases and bug fixes
  • Provide Level II and III support
  • Manage and implement Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Contribute to technical design solutions while documenting adequately

Job description

Poszukujemy kandydata/tki na stanowisko IAM Engineer. Praca jest dedykowana dla międzynarodowej firmy farmaceutycznej.

Inżynier IAM będzie częścią wielokulturowego i globalnego zespołu skupionego na technologiach IAM, głównie z SailPoint IdentityIQ, chroniąc informacje i zasoby przed nieautoryzowanym dostępem, zagrożeniami bezpieczeństwa i atakami cybernetycznymi.

Obowiązki

  • Udział w wydaniach funkcji i poprawkach błędów w naszym przepływie pracy narzędzia IAM przy użyciu Java i zrozumieniu ogólnego krajobrazu.
  • Zapewnienie wsparcia II i III linii. Operacyjne zarządzanie, wsparcie i wdrażanie rozwiązań Identity and Access Management z SailPoint IdentityIQ i jego dostosowań z Java
  • Udział w małych zespołach technicznych i wkład w kompleksowe projektowanie rozwiązań infrastrukturalnych, tworzenie i utrzymywanie wystarczającej dokumentacji
  • Proaktywne monitorowanie systemów i platform pod kątem wydajności, dostępności i zarządzania pojemnością
  • Sporadyczny udział w on-call (1x na 2 miesiące)

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
  • Dobra znajomość technologii: IAM, Sailpoint (Identity IQ)
  • Zrozumienie obszarów: Implementacji z zastosowaniem ITIL, GxP i Project Management, Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Document Management, Qualification and Validation
  • Znajomość języka Java
  • Bardzo dobry angielski (min B2/C1)
