Job description

For our Client, a company in the FMCG industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of B2B Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • localise the global B2B strategy to the market, in line with the group's priorities and brand image,
  • drive brand strategic agenda and ensure the implementation of the business model in HORECA business and office channel,
  • collect market & competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions. Prepare strategy and annual activity plans,
  • collaborate with internal business teams to align on strategy/plans,
  • ensure the implementation and tracking of the annual plans (thru CRM analysis) and monitor performance, own and drive any changes to the plans to ensure success,
  • ensure implementation of optimal organisational structure in the department in line with annual plan, international guidelines and best practices,
  • ensure development of direct reports,
  • continuously monitor budget spend as per annual plan in terms of quantitative achievements vs targets and qualitative respect of corporate audit guidelines.


Requirements:

  • at least 5 years experience as a leader in a Business Development role, ideally with international and high-end brands,
  • university degree in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent,
  • brand builder with extensive commercial experience (Marketing & Sales),
  • line and Sales Team management, preferably in B2B environment (Horeca),
  • proven ability to develop and grow partnerships,
  • ideally, direct sales experience in a similar business model,
  • stakeholder management in a matrix organisation,
  • experience in P&L accountability,
  • strong analytical skills,
  • excellent presentation skills,
  • relationship building skills,
  • project management,
  • good understanding of business processes and enablers,
  • excellent leadership skills,
  • accuracy and attention to details,
  • results-driven, high-energy, innovation minded,
  • very good command of English.
