(Senior) Software Engineer - WMS Team

Join our dynamic team responsible for the InPost fulfillment center, driving innovation in Warehouse Management System. As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to a robust application that streamlines warehouse operations, handling everything from inbound merchandise to order fulfillment.

Your responsibilities:

• Having your share of ownership of incidents and issues tracking, as well as proposing improvements to the current applications.
• Designing and executing end to end manual and automated tests for Frontend and Backend interfaces.
• Maintaining and enhancing automated frameworks.
• Advocating an engineering culture of quality, good development principles and innovation from inside your team.
• Contributing with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Taking ownership of tasks, commitments, quality, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Must have:

• 5+ years in a testing role for a Senior and 3+ years of experience for a Regular Engineer, with hands-on backend software testing experience, testing frameworks and test automation.
• A solid foundation in software development methodologies and a deep understanding of software testing principles.
• Proven experience with Java, Selenium, Serenity, Postgres.
• Familiarity with Gitlab.
• Proven experience in testing REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins and Groovy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English skills (at least B2+).

Nice to have:

• Experience with fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce software.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Experience with PHP (Symfony).

Our recruitment process:

1. HR meeting - up to 30min with our Recruiter. 
2. Meeting with the Manager - a 60min conversation with the Engineering Manager and Product Manager of the team.
3. Technical interview - up to 90min with technical questions and elements of live coding.
