Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues effectively, offering solutions and escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
  • Document all customer interactions in our support system.
  • Assist customers with server configurations and software applications.
  • Ensure successful installation and setup of new sites on servers.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely device delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement in our customer support processes and help implement enhancements.
  • Generate reports on customer support metrics and analyze data to spot trends.
  • Support training for new customer support staff and stay informed on product knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for server configurations and software applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
