Creative Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day remote production operations, including task assignment and tracking.
• Coordinate between various departments and team members across different locations
• Maintain project schedules and deadlines in a virtual environment.
• Assist in script approval processes and remote pre-production planning.
• Handle digital asset management and resource allocation.
• Organise and maintain cloud-based production files and documentation.
• Facilitate clear communication between remote team members and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues in a remote work setting.
• Ensure smooth workflow and productivity across the distributed team.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in film production, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Strong understanding of stop-motion production processes.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, particularly for remote troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud-based file management and version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with stop-motion techniques.
• Background in editing or filming.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, GDrive, Trello, Slack, Zoom).
