Job description

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Contract Length: 6-12 months (Full-Time, On-Site)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Implementation Manager for a 6-12 month contract based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation and integration of Oracle Fusion modules, with a focus on Finance and SCM (Supply Chain Management), and possibly HCM or EPM, while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the hands-on implementation of Oracle Fusion, specializing in at least two of the following suites: Finance, SCM, HCM, or EPM (priority: Finance and SCM).
Manage technical integrations across Oracle Fusion modules.
Oversee and drive end-to-end project management for the implementation.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.
Provide leadership to ensure alignment across teams and smooth execution of system integration (S.I.) processes.

Requirements

Proven experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, with expertise in at least two modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, or EPM).
Strong understanding of technical integrations within Oracle Fusion.
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
Solid experience in system integration (S.I.) management.
