Baer is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Designer for a 3-month Federal remote project.

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Designer

Location: Remote (Must be based in US)

Duration: 3 months

Rate: All-inclusive

Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description

• Design and develop integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• Lead the design and architecture of integration solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain HCM data conversions, extensions, and reports, ensuring smooth data migration and integration.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Application Development to build custom solutions, extensions, and integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Create technical documentation, including integration architecture diagrams, data flow models, and functional/technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and application performance.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance and provide ongoing support for integrations and extensions.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and standards for integration design, development, and maintenance.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of integrations and applications.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Development, specifically in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Analytics Publisher.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) for designing and developing cloud-based integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and services, particularly in the context of integration and deployment.
• Experience in developing and managing complex integrations, data flows, and API connections within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and integration points with external systems.
• Familiarity with HCM data structures and ability to design efficient data conversion processes.
