Oracle PLM Functional Consultant (16522)

Baer is looking for an Oracle PLM Functional Consultant for a 6+ month project located in Raleigh, NC or Los Angeles, CA

Title: Oracle PLM Functional Consultant

Location: Hybrid - 90% travel for the first few months, will back down to 50%. Travel either to Raleigh, NC or Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 6 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM to align with client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Offer expert-level functional and technical guidance during all phases of PLM projects, including analysis, design, implementation, and go-live stages.
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and provide insights into best practices and PLM system optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Oracle support to troubleshoot and resolve any PLM-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation to ensure smooth user adoption and continuous successful operation of the Oracle PLM system.

Requirements

• 10+ Years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM solutions with a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM modules, functionality, and best practices for product lifecycle management across diverse industries.
• Ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders, map product lifecycle management processes, and translate them into Oracle PLM system configurations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Oracle PLM certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
