Job Title: Cardiology Analyst

Position Type: Full-time/Permanent

Location: Remote (Onsite work not required unless living close to a site going live)

Responsibilities

• Incident Ticket Resolution: Handle incident tickets for Cardiology applications including AGFA CPACS, MUSE, PACEART, CCW ALTIX, and GE MACLAB/Cardlab.
• Project Work: Participate in project work such as application builds for new sites.
• Application Enhancement: Work on application enhancement builds.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the Cardiology team for support
• On Call: Day call 100%, other call needs TBD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with the specified Cardiology systems.
• Strong understanding of application enhancement and project management.
• Ability to resolve incident tickets efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  
  

Work Environment

• Remote work with occasional onsite visits IF residing near a site going live.
