RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Creative Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to media teams utilizing Storm’s process design services. You will be part of the team managing and maintaining the client systems but also offer technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth experience of users. Your critical eye and attention to detail will also spot opportunities for development and enhancement of workflows and systems.
This position requires a combination of creative thinking, stellar communication skills, and technical acumen. If you are passionate about streamlining operations, improving people's lives at work, and driving innovation in a fast-paced digital environment, this role is perfect for you.
What can you expect?
- Act as the primary point of contact for client teams, addressing their queries and concerns with workflow and systems.
- Provide technical support via various channels (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing) to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Plan, document, and deliver resources and training to users on how to navigate and leverage Storm’s services and custom-built systems effectively.
- Opportunities to design workflow and process for name-brand clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system enhancements, such as automation, integrations, and workflow optimizations.
- Populating tools with client data, checking consistency, and solving for any discrepancies
- Research new media and content tools to stay on the cutting edge of workflow solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
What's important to us:
- A keen understanding of the value of good workflow and process, including user-friendly documentation
- Strong adaptability/technical aptitude for software and systems
- Ability to understand complex problems and solutions involving both people and tools
- Excellent communication skills in writing and presenting, building interpersonal relationships with clients
- Proven experience in providing frontline support or technical assistance, preferably within a media marketing or digital advertising environment
- Solid understanding of marketing processes, campaign execution, and media planning
- Experience with project management software, particularly Airtable, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Proactive mindset around planning and preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Critical and abstract thinking skills
- Unparalleled attention to detail
What’s nice to have:
- Any level of familiarity with programming languages, particularly JavaScript or HTML
- Familiarity with automation tools and integrations, particularly within Airtable

SALARY
Up to 34,000 USD per year, full time contractor contract.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
First, you will receive questions to answer via a self-recorded video.
If successful, you will be sent a follow-up exercise that aims to test your problem-solving skills.
If we move forward, you will be invited to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, Katrina, our Head of Creative Operations, will get to know you a bit better and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answers all your questions. That’s it!
