Job description

Main Tasks:

  • Implement the Identity Governance Administration (IGA) model for external users.
  • Implement the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process for EASA users.
  • Support and configure upcoming system integrations.
  • Create and manage Saviynt support tickets on behalf of EASA.
  • Conduct meetings with Saviynt's technical teams.
  • Collaborate with the EASA Information Management (IM) team to implement technical solutions.
  • Maintain, support, and document the current Saviynt configuration on development, pre-production, and production systems.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • 2 years of experience performing business analysis is desirable.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of the Saviynt tool (functionality and interface).
  • Basic reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to collect and analyze business requirements.
  • Capability to transform business rules into Saviynt artifacts.
