Due to an internal promotion, the position of
Cost Engineering Capability Lead has become available to join and lead our Cost Engineering Team as part of the
Advisory – Project Controls.
Cost Engineering sits within the overall Projects Control Advisory Capability. The Team consists of approximately 25 resources deployed across multiple clients and industries.
Reporting to the Head of Project Controls you will be working as our Cost Engineering Capability Lead within the Project Controls Advisory Discipline where you will be responsible for leading, growing and delivering the development of your service into an established, growing, outward looking, and recognised, client focussed Cost Engineering consultancy service.
This
home-based role will involve travel to our offices in London & Manchester along with client visits and site attendance as and when required so flexibility to travel is essential.
This position has a
competitive salary dependent on skills and experience, in addition to a

Please note potential candidates must be eligible to obtain and retain Security Clearance to be considered for this position.
Role Responsibilities
- Have at least 10 years post qualification experience in a project management and project controls SME role with a good understanding of Bid Writing & Business Development.
- Proven experience of managing a team in a PMO environment will be highly advantageous
- Experience working on multidisciplinary projects ideally across our core markets: Transportation, Energy, Water, and Defence & Nuclear Energy.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- MSP, P30 and / or MoP advantageous

- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating, and meeting their needs.
