Remote AEP Medicare Insurance Agent

Contract period 10/28-1/25 ( possibility for extension )

Not a strict - sales driven environment, the focus is on providing excellent customer service!



A day in the role…

• Answering inbound calls from prospective insurance plan members
• Providing guidance and answering inquiries regarding member eligibility
• Providing quotes and enrolling qualified members
  
  
  

Shift: Monday- Friday ( must have open availability between 8am- 8pm for a set 8 hour shift and able to work atleast one weekend day during AEP )

Core Experience

• Must be licensed to sell Health Insurance in the state of Virginia
• Inbound call center experience
• Excellent communication skills
