Requirements

Ability to bring structure into an ambiguous environment with multiple projects & conflicting deadlines in parallel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong relationship building skills.
Independent, systematic and determined work approach.
Strong excel skills. Monday.com nice to have.

Languages: English. All other languages are nice to have.

Responsibilities

Set production plan & coordinate the creation of product related 2D images & 3D digital twins for client products.
Set bi-weekly production priorities in line with capacity of the producers, agencies & market needs for finished assets.
Enable the producers to be successful & focus on production.
Ensure deliveries against committed delivery dates. Highlight risks & recommend action early on.
Support producers in case of missing input from other departments (Product Management, R&D, Design).
Provide & follow-up production plans via tracking tools. Prepare monthly dashboard on key metrics.
Continuously optimize & automate processes & tools. Proactively investigate improvement opportunities.
Drive postmortem & root cause analysis on projects
