The Red Hat Partner Ecosystem Success team is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to guide the growth and development of Red Hat’s business with NTT. In this role, you will be the technical sales leader managing and developing key ecosystem partners. Your primary mission is to leverage our partner ecosystem to create new sources of revenue for Red Hat – joint solutions & offerings – and to enable selling teams to sell these offerings to our customers. As the Ecosystem Solutions Architect, you will design solutions and ensure partner success through customer adoption and satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, Enablement and Engineering teams to help influence and accelerate the adoption of our leading-edge Open Source Red Hat Infrastructure, Cloud and Middleware technologies. You will lead a range of partner conversations, from introductory discussions on our solutions to mapping architectural and technical details specific to the customer’s environment. In this role you will be a crucial part of the first impression our partners have with Red Hat. You will have a passion for open source, and a balance of technical expertise with business acumen.
What You Will Do
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our partners’ and joint customers’ business and technical objectives and IT environments, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to assess the potential application of Red Hat and Partner solutions and to create and deploy the technical account plan
- Collaborate with partners to create new solutions and offerings that incorporate Red Hat technology
- Facilitate engineering & pre sales co-creation with the partner ecosystem through presentation, demonstration, workshops, and pilot projects
- Evangelize joint partner and Red Hat solutions internally and externally
- Demonstrate Red Hat's value proposition, specifically with our cloud portfolio, to key partner executives, sales, and technical teams to help identify and create valuable partnerships
- Encourage and establish Red Hat product offerings, with a strong focus on cloud technologies, as the leading technology solution
- Develop and deliver technical enablement plans with partners that are aligned with our strategy
- Own and meet a bookings quota, and perform regular review and reports about the opportunities your assigned partners are working on
- Coordinate the technical efforts of other Red Hat resources like product specialists, Support, Enablement and Professional Services
- Share your expertise by contributing to documentation (e.g., wikis, quick-start guides, blog posts, and white papers), developing reusable assets (e.g., demonstrations, workshops), and presenting at conferences
What You Will Bring
- Required Experience
- Pre-sales, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent experience, in support of enterprise accounts
- Skill presenting to small and large groups of mixed audiences, including business, technical, management, and leadership teams
- Experience developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprise IT organizations
- Collaboration with others and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written communication skills
- Technical Skills
- Experience with modern and emerging technologies including public and private cloud, container orchestration and management, automation and configuration management, DevSecOps and CI/CD, and modern application frameworks
- Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures
- Willingness to travel

The salary range for this position is $182,240.00 - $300,720.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
