The Opportunity:
Alpha Lion is looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer to be responsible for working with our Director of Growth to launch, optimize and report on creative tests. You'll work collaboratively with other channel owners on the growth marketing team and work cross-functionally with growth, product, analytics and brand marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and optimize creative tests across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok and report on their results.
- Complete daily and weekly reporting on results and KPI’s
- Analyze campaign performance in order to find opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with our performance creative team to find new opportunities for growth across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat & more.
- Optimize campaign bids/budgets to maximize efficiency on a daily basis
- Develop a hypothesis and propose new testing opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Prior experience and proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
- You’ve worked in a high-growth environment with constantly shifting priorities; you can be reactive and organized at the same time
- You’re naturally analytical; you can synthesize complex information into concise, compelling recommendations and reports
- A creative and innovative mindset to develop hypotheses and propose new testing opportunities aimed at achieving campaign growth and performance improvements.
- Skill in managing campaign bids and budgets to optimize efficiency on a daily basis, while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
