Job Summary: 

We are looking for Senior Product Managers to join our rapidly growing team! This is a hands-on position across the following key areas: product development, product management, technology partnerships/ analyst relations, client services, and product marketing. At Centric we put our customers first and want to continue building products our users love. 

Centric Software, as the industry leader for Enterprise PLM in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) market, is rapidly growing in the exciting segment targeting Cosmetics & Personal Care (CPC) companies. The successful candidate will be part of the organization driving the requirements necessary to grow Centric into being the PLM leader for this market. To qualify you should have proven expertise with demonstrated work experience in CPC industries relative to specific, general, and modern CPC processes, business scenarios, and domain models. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to pioneer new ideas and solutions in Enterprise PLM by leveraging Centric's powerful PLM platform. 

This position will report to the Principal Product Manager – Formulated Products 

Responsibilities: 

  • Define and evolve the product vision and direction for CPC features in our enterprise PLM Solution 

  • Work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning several teams such as product, design, engineering, and marketing 

  • Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product to bring to market 

  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches 

  • Manage customer preview programs and engage in frequent conversations with customers both onsite and in the customer's office to understand their needs, gather feedback, and overall ensure that product direction is in tune with customer needs 

  • Partner with Client Services to create new service offerings, lead training and build marketing collateral 

  • Work with and collaborate with a growing number of technology and business partners 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven expertise and demonstrated capabilities in CPC and CPC-related industries relative to specific and general PLM processes, scenarios, domain models, and solution patterns as well as adoption and change management considerations.   

  • Deep understanding of CPC-specific needs especially in the areas of product development, regulatory compliance and formulation.  

  • Proven experience and skills in domain modeling and analysis and a good understanding of CPC industry pain points, best practices, system integration requirements, and adoption/ change management enablers to accelerate PLM adoption in this field. 

  • Pragmatic Agile product management best practices and the ability to creatively model requirements, and map solution designs with consideration for pragmatic refactoring and incremental enhancements. 

  • Ability to abstract with meta modeling/problem-solving experience relative to the design of configuration points based on common implementation patterns in support of common CPC process and information management practices. 

  • 10+ years of overall experience (at least 5+ as a product manager) in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise software 

  • The ability to understand the breadth of our offering and product line as well as the technical ability to drill into details on owned areas 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills 

  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate complex business or technical requirements 

  • Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement 

You must be prepared to present a portfolio highlighting your recent work.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $190,000+ benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
