Role description:
As the Data Analysis Practice Lead, you will define metrics to track team performance, optimize request execution time, and streamline data management processes. You'll drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, implementing advanced data science solutions, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Your role involves applying agile methodologies to ensure timely project delivery and prioritizing requests for efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to maximize Data Analysis service as an enterprise-wide asset for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Lead the development and enforcement of policies and guidelines for data management and data governance.
  • Act as the primary interface with clients, participate in pre-sale processes, providing expert guidance and ensuring high-quality service delivery in data analysis
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders (omnichannel, marketing, finance, etc.) to understand needs, define approaches for data analysis and management, and enhance service offerings.
  • Strategic planning of resources (insourcing/outsourcing), their selection, and engagement to meet business needs.
  • Standardize data management methods, tools, processes, and practices to drive efficiency and reusability across projects.
  • Support career development and pathways for the Data Analysis team, providing mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Motivate teams to fully engage in their work, explore their capabilities, and drive innovation in data management and analysis.
  • Facilitate learning and experience sharing within the team to enhance collaboration and skill development.
  • Gradually extend services in providing more advanced solutions using Data Science and Machine Learning (personalization, recommendations, etc.).

  • Required skills and experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data analytics services, encompassing design, development, and execution.
  • Commercial experience in leadership roles, defining the technological development of the data analysis functions/services of the company, successfully launching data products, and managing projects ranging from minor upgrades to major technological shifts.
  • Knowledge of best practices and industry standards in data management, with a strong understanding of the data lifecycle.
  • Experience in handling large-scale data and big-data platforms and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling small teams into functional units or services.
  • A goal-driven leader with experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Motivated and results-oriented, with strong planning and team organizing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Experience with main cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
  • Pharma / FMCG domain experience (will be a competitive advantage).
  • English – Upper-Intermediate and higher
  • Ukrainian – is a big plus

  • Adobe/SFMC campaign management.
