Job Title: Assistant Project Coordinator

Salary: up to £27,000

Role Description:

The role of Customer Project Coordinator is a vital role within our implementations team. You will assist the Customer Project Coordinator with all elements of organising customer implementation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Setting customer expectations and talking about what they can expect during the project and availability to start
  • Discussing key dates, project timelines and flagging any issues that may arise from the project
  • Acting as a PA to the lead consultant on the project: reschedule their meetings when necessary, organise their diary and communicate any issues through to customers
  • Manage the Monday board for all active project cohorts
  • Allocating the projects

Skills, experience, and attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
