We’re expanding, and we’re looking for a Technical Consulting Manager to lead and mentor our technical consulting team.
Manage and mentor the technical consulting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Allocate resources and manage workflows to meet client needs and project deadlines.
Oversee Protective DNS service architecture and configuration for complex networks.
Lead escalated troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Present Whalebone solutions to clients and partners, and occasionally travel for meetings and conferences
Encourage team innovation in automation, technical documentation, and product improvements.
Leadership experience in a technical consulting or support role.
Advanced Linux skills, network administration, and deep internet protocol knowledge.
Expertise in network administration, including routing, switching, and firewalls.
Strong communication, problem-solving.
Nice-to-have:
DNS, Docker, and cybersecurity experience is a plus.
Data analysis/mining
Experience with malware analysis or triaging
