About the role
As a member of the Services and Support team reporting to the Manager – Service Performance, it will be your responsibility to provide outstanding pre and post sales customer service and support to Canon’s business imaging customers maintaining their printer fleets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Travel to various sites within the Western Pilbara area for reactive and proactive servicing, upgrading software/firmware, network connectivity, and installation of hardware and software;
- Effectively meeting and exceeding customer’s needs and expectations, and building productive and sustainable relationships with Canon customers; and
- Working efficiently whilst maintaining all Canon and Customer safety processes and policies. Identifying areas of opportunity to increase safety practices and efficiencies
About you
The role can be based in Port Hedland full time or on a FIFO basis from your home location. Ideally you will have experience as a Printer or Photocopier Technician, where you have had exposure to repairing both hardware and software issues in the field, however training will be provided for candidates with general electrical/mechanical experience. This is a customer facing role and needs an exceptional representative to be the ‘go to’ person from Canon Australia.

- Current Driver License
- Ability to complete relevant medicals and inductions for mine site access/compliance
