• Leading the design process with full ownership: You will take full ownership of your projects, ensuring excellent results. You will build your reputation as an expert within the company and consistently deliver top-quality designs that drive our success.
• Rapid prototyping and iteration: You will quickly turn ideas into prototypes, validate them, and iterate to deliver maximum value.
• User-centered design aligned with business goals: You will make data-driven and evidence-based design decisions. We prioritize data and evidence to justify every action taken.
• Collaboration with the team: You will work closely with developers, fellow designers, and other team members to assess feasibility and optimize solutions.
• Innovation and knowledge sharing: You will bring value to the team by introducing new ideas and approaches. You will help us become stronger and improve overall performance.

👀 Who you are:

• Experienced and driven designer: As a Senior Product Designer, you combine deep expertise with a willingness to explore new approaches, contribute your value, and are ready to challenge it (if you're more of a mid-level designer but have passion and the desire to grow professionally—feel free to apply, we'd love to talk to you!)
• Strong UI skills: Your designs are dribbly, pleasing, and user-centered, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.
• Thrive in a high-speed, ownership-driven environment: You excel in fast-paced settings, take full ownership, and are ready to make an immediate impact.
• Results-oriented visionary: You focus on outcomes, envision the product’s future, and prioritize value delivery.
• Effective communicator and team player: You are fluent in English (at least B2+) and Polish, and you excel at communicating the value of your projects across different teams within the company.
• Technical understanding: While not required to code, your basic understanding of HTML/CSS allows you to collaborate effectively with developers, ensuring smooth execution of your designs.

📝How does the recruitment process look like:

1. A 30-minute Interview with the Recruiter - Milena Micor, where we aim to get to know you a little better!
2. Technical 60-minute Online Interview with Senior Product Designer/ Team Lead - Olaf Otrząsek and another panelist.
3. Recruiting task
4. Final 30-minute Online Interview wit our CTO - Maciej Mendrela.
5. Decision regarding the offer and welcome on board ⭐
