Job description

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Manual QA Engineer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

Executing difficult manual test cases and test plans based on project requirements and specifications
Identify, analyse, and document software defects and anomalies to support issue resolution
Contribute and control to regression testing efforts to ensure stability of existing functionality after introducing new features or making changes
Document and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing
Collaborate closely with team to understand requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the testing process
Planning implementation dates, coordination of releases (control of deadlines, conclusion on the possibility of release)
Contribute ideas for process improvement and best practices in software quality assurance

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer
Base experience with Accounting, ERP projects by 1C and other vendors
English level: Intermediate and higher
Russian level: close to native level

Nice to have:

Experience with CI tools: Jira, Vanessa, VSC, Git, Allure
