 F1-OPT Junior Game Designer (Full-Time US)

Hiring Type: Full-Time


Base Salary: $57K-$67K Per Annum.


Responsibilities


  • Review and analyze website specifications

  • Technical requirements

  • Content needs

  • Visual design briefs

  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans

  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

  • Report bugs and errors to development teams

  • Help troubleshoot issues

  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

  • Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team

  • Develop QA protocols on a per project basis that align to the project and/launch needs.

  • Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards

  • Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets

  • Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures

Requirements and skills


  • Experience with agile projects and QA methodology

  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

  • Knowledge of testing software (e.g. Bugherd, Browserstack, Lambda, Email on Acid)

  • Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly

  • Excellent communication skills
