Job description

AutoStore is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic Performance Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring data quality, and delivering actionable insights to help optimize performance across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial role in supporting our data-driven decision-making process, with a strong emphasis on ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance measurement, reporting, and analytics, as well as a solid understanding of CRM systems like Hubspot and Salesforce. Experience working with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns is preferred.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report, track and analyze KPIs across various marketing channels (e.g., digital, email, paid media, etc.). Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to optimize ROI.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across all marketing platforms, including CRM systems. Identify and resolve any data discrepancies, and implement processes to improve data quality.
  • Translate raw data into meaningful business insights to inform strategy. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce to extract, organize, and analyze customer data. Assist in leveraging these platforms to improve segmentation, targeting, and lead scoring.
  • Support ABM campaign performance tracking and provide insights to optimize ABM strategies.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing goals, data insights, and campaign strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Support the development of dashboards and automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency in performance tracking and analysis.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting, preferably in a marketing context.
  • Preferably proficiency in CRM systems like Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Experience with ABM campaigns is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools such as for example Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data management and visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude with a desire to drive continuous improvement.
