Position Overview:
The Regional Corporate Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the day-to-day activities of the CCM Corporate Processing Team Leads and their respective teams. This role maintains a firm understanding of all aspects of the loan process as it pertains to origination and processing, as well as acting as an expert resource for the CCM Processing Team Leads. The Regional Corporate Processing Manager has multiple Team Leads reporting to them.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise all aspects of the Corporate Processing Team Leads and their respective teams, including pipeline management, employee development, coaching, training, and performance management.
- Oversee team’s file quality and turn times to meet company SLA requirements.
- Ensure Team Leads are adhering to their respective expectations.
- Responsible for responding to emails, and/or phone calls within company SLA requirements.
- Keep up to date on Operation and Agency changes and updates.
- Interview potential Junior/Senior Processor candidates.
- Monitor team pipeline to ensure compliance as it pertains to RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B.
- Work with the Corporate Loan Production Manager.
- Identify structural needs of department.
- Perform various other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years residential mortgage processing experience required.
- Experience with Encompass.
- Previous processing management experience of 20 plus team members.
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and all mortgage and consumer lending regulations.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
Pay Range:
- $77,000-138,000
- The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
