About the Team:

AT&T Digital Strategic Platforms team is looking for a Sr. User Experience Designer who is passionate about creating simple and intuitive user experience based on customer feedback, industry trends, analytics, content and brand strategy.

About the Job:

The Sr. User Experience Designer should lead with curiosity, empathy, critical thinking, collaboration and communication. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional group of developers, product managers, user researchers, and executives to propose and drive customer-focused innovation using a variety of graphic software applications, techniques, and tools.

As the right candidate, you are able to translate needs and constraints into simple, intuitive, customer-focused solutions.  You are a systems-thinker that can see around corners to anticipate the needs of tomorrow.  You have a passion for invention, simplification, and strong attention to detail.  You are a proven collaborator who flourishes in a large organization, and skilled at working independently and balancing efforts across multiple, simultaneous projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

-Has good knowledge of UX design principles and can independently manage small projects or small aspects of a larger project.

-Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of AT&T design processes, roles and resources.

Education:

Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

Moderate- level, real-world experience in design (3-5 years) with limited experience managing projects independently.

Our Senior UX Designer, earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
