What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy individual to help us leverage Genially, an interactive content creation platform, to design and implement an engaging competition. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with the ability to craft compelling interactive experiences. In this role you will work with a content developer to build out previously-created competition content (multiple-choice questions, etc.)

Duration of the assignment:

We are looking for an instructional designer skilled in Genially to join our team ASAP; the assignment runs until early November. The time commitment is about 20-30 hours per week based on your schedule and the work is primarily asynchronous. 

Responsibilities as a Consultant include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Design and create interactive content using Genially for our upcoming competition
• In collaboration with Correlation One team members, align competition content with our brand guidelines
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Genially platform
• Guide team members on how to use and update Genially content as needed
• Use AI to generate supportive audio and video content for the Genially platform 

Your expertise 

• Proven experience with Genially (required)
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with principles of user experience (UX) design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (advantageous)
• Experience in creating content for competitions or gamified experiences (preferred)
• Experience using AI to generate audio clips and images for instructional design purposes

Where you are

• This is a remote position, with the ability to meet with our team for one hour per week (Eastern time)

Compensation

• An estimation of the range for this position is $55-$65/hr, depending on experience.
