Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer remote care to individuals through structured, evidence-based programs
• Track participant progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Be a part of a supportive care team, connecting participants to helpful resources
• Respond to high-risk situations with care and follow safety protocols
• Stay engaged through regular team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
