The Role:

As the Director of Product Policy at Accomplishr, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing policies that govern the use and development of our platform’s products. You will:

• Develop and manage comprehensive product policies that align with Accomplishr’s mission, values, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all product policies adhere to industry standards and legal regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of product policies on user experience and business operations, making adjustments as needed to optimize effectiveness.
• Lead the creation of guidelines and best practices for product usage, ensuring clarity and consistency across all platforms and services.
• Address and resolve policy-related issues, including user complaints, compliance concerns, and policy breaches, in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues to proactively adapt product policies and practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned with product policy updates and changes.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team on policy matters and their implications for the company’s product strategy.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product policy management, compliance, or regulatory affairs, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective policies.
• Deep understanding of product management processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and develop actionable policy solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in leading policy initiatives and managing policy-related projects from inception to execution.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in policy documentation and enforcement.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and address potential policy challenges and opportunities.
