What You'll Be Doing: We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Revenue Enablement Analyst who will play a critical role in optimizing our sales organization across all levels. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights while designing and executing enablement programs that enhance the performance of sales teams from onboarding to exceeding quota. As a key player in both sales enablement and data analysis, you will ensure that our GTM teams are equipped with the insights, tools, and resources they need to succeed in a product-led and sales-led environment.
Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role is instrumental in driving continuous improvement in sales performance, helping new sales reps begin selling within 120 days, and enabling seasoned teams to achieve and exceed their goals. You will own the reporting function across the organization, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure your insights and enablement programs are fully aligned with company objectives. Your data-driven reporting will be crucial to enhancing revenue growth and driving strategic decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards that provide insights into key metrics and KPIs, driving data-informed decisions across the organization.
Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and improve sales velocity and win rates.
Sales Enablement Programs: Design and implement enablement programs that drive sales productivity at all levels, from onboarding new hires to accelerating the performance of seasoned sales professionals. Tailor programs to align with product-led and sales-led strategies.
Onboarding & Development: Create and deliver onboarding programs that enable new sales hires to be fully ramped and selling effectively within 120 days. Continuously iterate on programs to improve outcomes and reduce ramp times.
Content Development & Management: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop, curate, and manage sales enablement content, including playbooks, case studies, and competitive intelligence. Ensure that content is easily accessible and aligned with sales goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistency in messaging, objectives, and execution of enablement programs.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through data and feedback, using insights to optimize programs and improve sales outcomes.
Sales Tools & Technology: Oversee the management and optimization of sales tools, ensuring that sales teams are proficient in their use and that the tools are fully integrated to support revenue operations. Manage the implementation of new technologies as needed to enhance sales performance.
What’ll You need (Requirements)
Proven experience (+5 years) in sales analytics, revenue enablement, sales operations, or in a SaaS or EdTech environment.
Master-level proficiency in data analysis, with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as SFDC Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Expertise in designing and delivering enablement programs that impact sales productivity and performance, with a focus on reducing ramp times and enhancing quota attainment.
Strong technical acumen and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Spekit, Highspot, Seismic), and data analytics tools.
Demonstrated success in creating data-driven strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
