Sales Manager @Design Studio
đź“ŤUSA - Remote

About the company:

O0 is a full-stack design studio, focused on working with product teams and driving positive change. They design brands, products (digital and physical), marketing campaigns, and produce live-action and animated videos.

They work 100% remotely with a distributed team on a flexible schedule. They have exceptional documentation and processes to sustain that. O0’s founding team consists of tech entrepreneurs who further develop a lean startup culture in the organization. 

They build exceptional products and designs for Microsoft, Google, Y-Combinator, XBox, and others.

About the role:

This Sales Manager role extends beyond client outreach and demos, offering the chance to collaborate closely with marketing and agency founders to shape the sales strategy. It's an opportunity to influence the business at a strategic level while driving growth.

In this role you’ll be:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Set sales goals and objectives
    • Maintain a strong sales pipeline
    • Develop and maintain relationships with studio partners
    • Track, monitor, and report on results through a CRM tool
    • Focus on metrics, manage dashboards, produce clear reports for cross-team updates
    • Improve the studio pitch over time.

About you:
    • 2+ years of experience in a studio/agency sales department, demonstrable success with winning major accounts
    • Experience acquiring Fortune-100 or Fortune-1000 businesses is preferred
    • Understanding integrated, cross-functional pitches across advertising, promotion, brand identity, digital marketing, strategy, and planning
    • Superior written skills for RFP requests
    • Exceptional negotiation skills
    • Desire for self-improvement, learning, searching for best practices and industry insights
    • Familiarity with analytics, basic math principles
    • Confidence, can-do attitude
    • Open to business trips (Bay Area, New York, Seattle)
