Post Closing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Post-Closing Specialist for a fully remote position with one of our clients in the title insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Process and organize documents for efficient filing and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure a smooth post-closing process.
• Conduct quality control checks, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide escrow services for residential and commercial transactions, including resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare deals.
• Support real estate transactions by performing various administrative duties as part of a production center, branch office, or title team.
• Submit documents for recording when required.
• Manage email inboxes, handle inbound client calls, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Perform essential closing tasks, including document preparation, fee calculation, and scheduling.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work from home effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially via phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in mortgage processing or a related role is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
