We are seeking a talented MacOS Swift Developer with proven experience in developing robust macOS applications. You will have a strong understanding of macOS frameworks and be proficient in Swift. You will work closely with our development team to build, maintain, and improve applications that meet high-quality standards.
We are looking into all cities in Romania, therefore if you are in Bucharest, you can work from home and come to the office when and if it is necessary or if you’d like to come. If you are based in any other city in Romania, you can work remote, from home - we have the online resources to guide you through the pre-boarding & onboarding processes and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop new modules for our mac agent application
- Manage dependencies using CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager.
- Implement/Debug daemons and inter-process communication (IPC) mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in macOS application development.
- Proficient in Swift and familiar with macOS frameworks.
- Strong experience with CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager.
- Understanding of daemons and inter-process communication (IPC).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Plus):
- Knowledge of system extensions and privileged tools.
- Experience with distributing apps outside of the AppStore.
